We act as your professional procurement, QA, and logistics department, ensuring you get DSO-level pricing without losing your independence.
Q: How does the "Transparent Pricing" model work?
A: Our model is 100% transparent. You pay the factory-direct price (the lowest negotiated rate) directly to the laboratory. ImpriDental does not mark up the restorations. We charge a flat, fixed service fee per case(like $15/crown) to cover our clinical oversight, mature support team, and global logistics management.
Q: Why is your pricing significantly lower than traditional U.S. labs?
A: We eliminate the "middleman markup." By leveraging our founder’s 20 years of international trade experience, we bypass distributors and local lab markups, passing 100% of the manufacturing savings directly to your practice.

Q: How do you ensure the quality of restorations from overseas?
A: Quality is our core mission. Our clinical protocols are led by our Yale-trained partner, ensuring every case meets strict U.S. clinical standards for fit, occlusion, and aesthetics. We only partner with facilities that use premium, FDA-certified materials and high-end 5-axis milling technology.
Q: Who performs the Quality Assurance (QA)?
A: Every case undergoes a Double-Check System. First, our mature digital team reviews the scan and design. Second, a final inspection is conducted against the "Yale-Standard" checklist before dispatch. We act as your eyes on the factory floor.
Q: Can I request specific clinical preferences (e.g., light occlusion or specific stump shades)?
A: Absolutely. Our support team consists of seasoned technicians who act as your Technical Liaison. We translate and enforce your specific clinical preferences with the lab to ensure the final product matches your "chairside signature."
3.Logistics & Turnaround
Q: What is the typical turnaround time?
A: Thanks to our optimized logistics pipeline, our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from the moment you upload your digital scan to the arrival at your office.
Q: How do I send my cases to you?
A: We are fully integrated with all major intraoral scanners, including Medit Link, iTero, 3Shape, and Carestream. You can also share STL files directly with us.
4.Support & Warranty
Q: What happens if a restoration requires a remake?
A: We are your Dedicated Advocate. If a case does not meet your expectations, we hold the factory accountable and manage the remake process at no extra cost to you. Because we don't profit from markups, our only incentive is to get it right the first time.
Q: Is there a warranty on your restorations?
A: Yes. We provide a 5-year comprehensive warranty on materials and craftsmanship. We manage the documentation and logistics for any claims, ensuring your practice and patients are always protected.
